Itโ€™s FRIDAY!! So letโ€™s celebrate ๐ŸŽ‰ : party of 1 please and a bowl of these babies sprinkled with ALL the rainbow sprinkles, might as well put a candle on top and have yourself a day๐Ÿคฉ. These taste identical to cake batter & are refined sugar-free and gluten-free + they will keep you full when you are getting all the work done at home ๐Ÿก. Treat yoโ€™self๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ˜˜โฃYouโ€™ll quickly forget these are healthy!!

๐ˆ๐๐†๐‘๐„๐ƒ๐ˆ๐„๐๐“๐’โฃ

- 1/2 cup cashew butterโฃ

- 2 tbsp. maple syrup โฃ

- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extractโฃ

- 1 tbsp. waterโฃ

- 3/4 tsp. almond extract (key ingredient)โฃ

- 1/3 cup oat flour or GF rolled oats *โฃ

- 1/8 tsp. sea salt โฃ

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder โฃ

- rainbow sprinkles โฃ

1. Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla & almond extract, and water together in a mixing bowl. โฃ

2. Add in oat flour, protein powder, salt & 1 tbsp. of sprinkles & mix to combine.โฃ

3. Freeze for 30 min.โฃ

4. Form balls with hands and roll in sprinkles! โฃ

You can freeze these or keep in fridge for a week! โฃ

* Blend GF rolled oats in blender to form oat flour.
