Birthday Cake Protein Bites

It’s FRIDAY!! So let’s celebrate 🎉 : party of 1 please and a bowl of these babies sprinkled with ALL the rainbow sprinkles, might as well put a candle on top and have yourself a day🤩. These taste identical to cake batter & are refined sugar-free and gluten-free + they will keep you full when you are getting all the work done at home 🏡. Treat yo’self🥳😘You’ll quickly forget these are healthy!!
𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. water
- 3/4 tsp. almond extract (key ingredient)
- 1/3 cup oat flour or GF rolled oats *
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- rainbow sprinkles
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄
1. Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla & almond extract, and water together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add in oat flour, protein powder, salt & 1 tbsp. of sprinkles & mix to combine.
3. Freeze for 30 min.
4. Form balls with hands and roll in sprinkles!
You can freeze these or keep in fridge for a week!
* Blend GF rolled oats in blender to form oat flour.
