GF Flaky Cream Cheese Biscuits with Whipped Lemon Ricotta and Blueberry Sauce

This was a total experiment that went exceeding well and is the most light and tender combination✨*chef’s kiss 💋*. I created a recipe adapted from @gfshoestring‘s GF cream cheese buttermilk biscuits and created the whipped topping and blueberry sauce to pair with it! This entire situation will melt in your mouth without feeling heavy or too sugary, it is extremely light and fluffy with the citrus flavor from the lemon zest and the airiness from the ricotta. ⁣⁣

Once everything is ready, cut the biscuits in half, dollop on some Whipped Lemon Ricotta & smear with blueberry sauce and you are good to go!!
