I made @elisabethandbutter 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐬 but made them gluten-free & refined sugar-free. I also had to slightly change the baking times because of the zero glycemic sweetener. The crust is super buttery & flaky and the lemon filling is citrusy & refreshing. Here is her recipe with my adjustments:
