Simple, elbow macaroni noodles covered in creamy, cheesy goodness is a nostalgic dish that makes any day a better one and that fact that it can be made in the Instant Pot is a GAME CHANGER. Only total 6 minutes cooking time for this golden bowl of deliciousness.

The elbow noodles are cooked to al dente in a buttery, nutrient-dense chicken broth and then smothered in three different types of cheeses and garnished with parsley. So let's get you some real ingredient mac and cheese that is way better than the box stuff!
