Very Berry Scones with Vanilla Glaze

These scones are SIMPLE & #glutenfree & #paleo and BURSTING with berry flavor!! Not mention these are extremely tender with the perfect, golden crisp on the outside. ⁣


Makes 8 scones⁣

1 cup @bobsredmill blanched almond flour⁣

1/4 cup coconut flour ⁣

3 tablespoons @lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener ⁣

1/2 tsp. baking powder⁣

1/4 tsp. sea salt⁣

1/4 cup @malkorganics unsweetened vanilla almond milk ⁣

2 tbsp. melted coconut oil⁣

1 egg ⁣

1 tsp. vanilla extract⁣

1/2 cup sliced strawberries, whole blueberries & raspberries⁣

1/2 vanilla bean


1/2 cup @lakanto powdered monkfruit sweetener

2 tbsp. @malkorganics unsweetened vanilla almond milk⁣

1/2 vanilla bean


PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees.

1. Combine and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. ⁣

2. Combine and mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then pour into dry ingredients.

3. Stir ingredients in one bowl and gently fold in berries. ⁣

4. Pour dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and form into a 1 in. thick disk & cut into 8 pieces.⁣

5. Separate pieces on parchment by about 1 inch.⁣

6. Bake for about 18-22 minutes. ⁣

7. For glaze, mix ingredients in a small bowl and spoon onto scones once they’re out of the oven.⁣
