Very Berry Scones with Vanilla Glaze

These scones are SIMPLE & #glutenfree & #paleo and BURSTING with berry flavor!! Not mention these are extremely tender with the perfect, golden crisp on the outside.
INGREDIENTS
Makes 8 scones
1 cup @bobsredmill blanched almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons @lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup @malkorganics unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sliced strawberries, whole blueberries & raspberries
1/2 vanilla bean
VANILLA GLAZE
1/2 cup @lakanto powdered monkfruit sweetener
2 tbsp. @malkorganics unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 vanilla bean
RECIPE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees.
1. Combine and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine and mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then pour into dry ingredients.
3. Stir ingredients in one bowl and gently fold in berries.
4. Pour dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and form into a 1 in. thick disk & cut into 8 pieces.
5. Separate pieces on parchment by about 1 inch.
6. Bake for about 18-22 minutes.
7. For glaze, mix ingredients in a small bowl and spoon onto scones once they’re out of the oven.
